Cookie Policy

This page explains what cookies are, which ones this website uses, and how you can manage them in a way that suits you. There is no obligation to accept anything beyond what the site needs to work.

Last updated: 19 May 2025

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website saves to your device when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites function correctly, to remember your preferences, and to give the people who run a site a general sense of how it is being used.

Cookies do not give us access to your device and cannot run programmes. They simply store a small piece of information that the website can read on your next visit.

You can control which cookies you accept, and you can delete cookies from your browser at any time. More detail on how to do this is in Section 6.

2. Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies Always active

These are necessary for the website to work. They manage things like remembering your cookie choices. You cannot opt out of these, as the site would not function properly without them.

Duration: session & up to 12 months

Analytics Cookies

These help us understand how visitors use our website in general terms — for example, which pages are visited most. The information is collected without identifying individual visitors and helps us improve the site over time.

Duration: up to 26 months  |  Provider: Google Analytics

Marketing Cookies

These cookies can be set by third-party advertising services to show you relevant information about our services on other websites. We use these sparingly and only with your agreement.

Duration: up to 90 days  |  Providers: Google Ads

Preference Cookies

These remember simple settings to make your next visit a little easier — such as your preferred language or display choices. Nothing sensitive is stored.

Duration: up to 12 months

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on this site are set by third-party services we use. These include:

  • Google Analytics — helps us understand how the site is used in broad, anonymised terms.
  • Google Maps — used to embed our location map on the contact section of the homepage.
  • Google Fonts — loads the typefaces used on this site.

Each third-party provider has its own privacy and cookie policy. We do not control the cookies these services set, but you can opt out of analytics and marketing cookies using the toggles above.

4. Cookie Duration

Cookies fall into two broad categories by how long they last:

  • Session cookies — these are deleted automatically when you close your browser tab or window.
  • Persistent cookies — these remain on your device until they expire or until you delete them. The expiry periods for each category are shown in Section 2 above.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to accept, decline, or withdraw your consent to optional cookies at any time. You can do this using the toggles in Section 2, or by adjusting your browser settings as described in Section 6.

Declining optional cookies will not prevent you from using this website, though some features may work slightly differently without preference or analytics cookies in place.

If you have any questions about how we handle your data more broadly, our Privacy Policy has full details, and you are welcome to contact us at [email protected].
